Cases: how digital solutions change the way processes work
We publish no fake logos and promise no unverified percentages. Instead we show situations where a digital solution makes the process clearer, faster and easier to manage.
How each case is built
- Context
- Problem
- Approach
- Solution
- Result
Every case follows this scheme. No invented clients, no fake numbers, no loud promises.
Tasks we have worked through
-
CRM and request automation
Requests arrived from the website, messengers and partner channels while statuses were updated by hand. We rebuilt the funnel, connected the sources and added automatic tasks.
-
An AI assistant for support
Support was digging for answers in manuals and PDFs. We built a RAG assistant: the operator sees a prompt and its source, while doubtful cases stay with a person.
-
A web service for clients
Statuses, documents and action history were scattered across message threads. We designed a client portal that brings them into one place.
-
An API integration between site, CRM and an internal system
The website, the CRM and an internal system disagreed about statuses, and failures surfaced late. We described the events, designed the exchange and added logs and retries.
-
A dashboard for the manager
Reports were assembled from the CRM, spreadsheets and exports, and the numbers disagreed. We fixed the metrics and calculation rules and built a dashboard.
-
Developing a project after launch
After the previous contractor left, the project had no documentation and a pile of bugs. We ran an audit, closed the critical issues and built a roadmap.
-
A B2B website for a complex service
The website was a business card while the service was complex. We rebuilt the structure around the client’s path — from the problem to the service, the case and the request.
