Who we are
Aivex is a team working where product, engineering and business processes meet. We help companies turn scattered tasks into digital solutions: from a public website and a client portal to CRM logic, API integrations, dashboards and AI scenarios.
We never look at technology apart from the process. A good website should help you sell and explain. A good CRM should walk the team through the process. A good integration should be observable. A good AI scenario should work with real data and limits you can state out loud.
How we approach the work

First understand what has to change
Before any development we work out which problem needs solving: speed up request handling, cut manual work, connect systems, improve the client experience, give the manager analytics or test an AI scenario.

Then design the working logic
We describe the roles, the data, the scenarios, the statuses, the actions, the exceptions and the checkpoints. That keeps us from building a handsome interface on top of a process nobody understands.

Then build a product that can actually launch
Development has to end in a working solution: forms, integrations, access rights, error states, documentation and a clear way to support it.

And keep developing after launch
A digital product changes along with the business. So we leave room to extend the pages, the features, the integrations, the reports and the AI scenarios.
