This document describes what data the website collects, why it is needed and how long it is kept.
Who processes the data

The site collects data only through the contact form. There is no other way to submit personal data on this website.

Why the data is needed
The data is used to answer your enquiry and discuss the task. The technical details protect the form from automated submissions and show which page the enquiry came from. We do not pass the data to third parties and do not use it for mailings you have not subscribed to.
Where and how long it is kept
Requests are stored in a journal on the website server, closed to HTTP access, and are also sent by email to a work mailbox. The retention period is one year from the date of the enquiry, after which the record is deleted. The emailed copy is subject to the rules of the recipient mailbox.
